The nose leans toward clean Chardonnay aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, and subtle floral notes, with a gentle hint of richness underneath. On the palate, it combines generous fruit with the elegance and restraint that Burgundy does so well, giving a wine that feels both rounded and lively. Production
Domaine Roux has shifted from relying mainly on purchased grapes to working increasingly with fruit from its own vineyards, giving the brothers far more control over vineyard quality and harvest selection. In Burgundy, where Chardonnay finds one of its finest expressions, this focus on estate fruit and careful vinification helps preserve the region’s natural balance of freshness, texture, and minerality.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile white Burgundy that works beautifully with seafood, roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes, or simple dishes such as grilled fish and light salads. It is best served chilled, around 10-12°C, and does not usually require decanting, though a short moment in the glass can help it खुलen up before serving.
