Made in the Côtes Catalanes IGP of Roussillon, where warm Mediterranean sunshine is tempered by cooling influences that help preserve freshness in the grapes. The vineyard sites are chosen for their poor, mineral soils, encouraging low yields and concentration, while the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture balance. Vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving aromatic purity and texture, resulting in a white wine that feels vibrant, expressive and terroir-driven.
