Domaine Rieffel’s 2022 Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut is a regional sparkling wine made from Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Riesling, with fruit from top sites around Mittelbergheim. Rather than inviting comparison with Champagne, it reflects Alsace’s own winemaking traditions and a biodynamic, spontaneously fermented approach.
