Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous pale gold color that reflects its freshness and energy. The nose is crisp and aromatic, with citrus fruit, lime, lemon, white flowers, and green apple, lifted by a subtle stony minerality. On the palate, the wine is precise and well balanced, combining juicy citrus and stone fruit with a taut mineral backbone. Its lively acidity gives it a clean, refreshing finish, and while it is already expressive now, it should also develop nicely over the next few years.
