Thierry Merlin-Cherrier crafts this rosé from 100% Pinot Noir grown on the estate’s own vines, rooted in soils with a notably high clay content. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s freshness, clarity, and energetic profile.
