Production
Pouilly-Fuissé wines are made from Chardonnay grown on the limestone- and clay-rich slopes of the Mâconnais, where the soils contribute both freshness and mineral character. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness before gentle pressing and fermentation, followed by maturation designed to preserve the wine’s balance, fruit expression and regional character.
