On the palate, it is full-bodied and intensely structured, yet beautifully balanced by fresh acidity and a sense of precision that keeps the wine lifted and refined. Production

This is a powerful, contemplative red that pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef Wellington, game, duck breast, or slow-braised meats, as well as dishes featuring mushrooms, truffles, or rich herb sauces. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for several hours is recommended, especially in its youth, to allow the wine to fully open and reveal its complexity.
