In the glass, this 2023 shows a poised, medium-bodied profile with bright fruit definition and a lightly structured frame. The nose is perfumed with red currants and cranberries, layered over damp clay, wild hedgerow notes, and a subtle savory edge. The palate brings darker berry fruit, a fine grain of tannin, and a gentle peppery lift from the large proportion of whole clusters.
