Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, it opens with a focused, penetrating nose of lemon peel, wet stone and flinty reduction. The palate is well balanced and linear, with fresh acidity carrying citrus and mineral notes across a polished, disciplined frame. The finish is elegant but somewhat restrained at this stage, suggesting a wine that may benefit from more time in bottle to reveal greater complexity. While already expressive, it still feels a little closed compared with the best wines from the domaine, and could well gain in nuance over the next few years.
