Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, it shows a bright, elegant profile from the first pour. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a delicate hint of nuts, leading into a palate that is supple and medium-bodied, with crisp acidity, a soft rounded texture, and a long finish marked by gentle mineral notes. While already very appealing now, it should also reward a few years of cellaring as the wine gains additional complexity and breadth.

Production
Made from Chardonnay grown on old vines in the Mercurey appellation of Burgundy, the wine benefits from low yields and naturally concentrated fruit. The terroir of the area brings freshness and a subtle mineral edge, while careful vineyard work and precise vinification preserve the grape’s aromatic purity and balanced structure.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken, veal, creamy poultry dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, and aged hard cheeses. Serve it slightly chilled at around 10–12°C; decanting is not usually necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the aromas open fully.
