Production
Mercurey Chamirey is made from high-quality Pinot Noir grown in the Mercurey appellation of Burgundy, where the vineyards benefit from a terroir well suited to producing aromatic, structured reds with good freshness. The wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, with 10% new oak, giving it gentle complexity and a polished finish while preserving the wine’s fruit-driven style.
