Description

Domaine Fourrey’s Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2025 is an organic still red wine that offers a fresh, approachable expression of Burgundy’s best-known red grape. Made by a four-generation family domaine near Chablis, it combines bright red-fruit character with soft, well-integrated tannins.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red colour with lively violet hues. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas of red fruits.

Production
The Pinot Noir grapes come from vineyards around Milly and Fleys, near Chablis, where the estate’s land lies along the Serein River. Domaine Fourrey farms organically and sustainably, with its environmental practices certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) since 2017. The winemaking aims to preserve the fruit’s freshness while creating a soft, balanced texture; specific harvest and vinification methods are not provided.
