Tasting Notes
The wine shows a pale, luminous golden hue in the glass. The nose is refined and lifted, with aromas of acacia, white flowers, green apple, pear, and citrus, layered with subtle notes of mineral stone, walnut shell, and white grapefruit. On the palate, it is sleek and focused, with bright acidity, a chalky texture, and a long, saline finish that speaks clearly of Puligny-Montrachet. There is a gentle bitterness on the close, adding sophistication and tension. The 2022 vintage already offers impressive balance and can be enjoyed now, though it should develop beautifully over the next 6–10 years, or longer under ideal cellar conditions.

Production
This wine comes from 12 selected plots in and around Puligny-Montrachet, with an emphasis on the prized Les Meix site in the heart of the Côte de Bourgogne. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, and the grapes are harvested early and carefully to preserve freshness, precision, and the clean expression of the terroir. Vinification is carried out with the aim of maintaining elegance, structure, and the vineyard’s natural character.

Food & Serving
A natural partner for refined dishes such as roast chicken, turbot, lobster, scallops, or veal in a light cream sauce, as well as soft cheeses like Comté or aged goat’s cheese. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine open up in its youth.
