Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with purple-edged highlights, immediately hinting at its youthful energy and concentration. The nose is expressive and layered, with ripe red berries, blackberry, and cherry joined by violet, rose petals, black pepper, and the wild herbal tones of garrigue. On the palate, the wine is generous and supple, with soft tannins, juicy fruit, and a long, spicy finish that keeps unfolding. It is enjoyable now for its plush fruit and balance, yet it also has the structure and complexity to develop beautifully over the coming years.

Production
This wine comes from old vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where warm Provençal sun and soils of rounded river stones, clay, and limestone create ideal conditions for ripe, concentrated fruit. The grapes are harvested with care and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, preserving the authenticity of the site and vintage. It then spends two years aging in large foudres, a traditional approach that adds texture and harmony without masking the wine’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
Serve at 16–18°C, and give it about an hour of air before drinking to help the aromas open up. It pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, game, roast meats, and mature cheeses, making it a versatile choice for rich, flavorful dishes.
