Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale golden color with delicate, fine bubbles. The nose is bright and inviting, with notes of citrus, apricot, vanilla, spring flowers, and freshly baked biscuits. The palate is fresh and lively, with crisp acidity and nicely integrated fruit that keeps the wine balanced and easy to enjoy. It has enough structure and finesse to age gracefully for a few years, though it is also very appealing now while the fruit is vibrant.

Production
Made from biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc in Vouvray, in France’s Loire Valley, this sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, with the second fermentation taking place in bottle. The limited production and careful vineyard work reflect a hands-on approach, resulting in a wine with clarity, freshness, and a distinctive Loire character.

Food & Serving
This is a highly versatile sparkling wine that works well as an aperitif or alongside oysters, seafood, sushi, light canapés, fried starters, and creamy goat cheese. Serve chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy fresh from the bottle.
