Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, polished appearance with the depth and texture expected from ripe Côte d’Or fruit. The nose is generous and inviting, with notes of peach, melon, and subtle oak spice, all supported by a clean mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is rich and mouth-filling yet remains precise, with ripe stone fruit, fresh melon, and a long, composed finish. The oak stays discreet in the background, adding finesse rather than weight. It already offers great harmony, but its balance and structure suggest it can develop nicely over the next few years.

Production
The grapes come from three small parcels: one in Meursault and two on the edge of Puligny, giving the wine a terroir-driven blend of depth, freshness, and elegance. Harvesting is kept small and selective, with only limited production from mature vines grown on quality Burgundian soils. After fermentation and malolactic conversion on tank, the wine spends 12 months aging in oak barrels, with only 10% new oak to preserve the purity of the fruit and the clarity of the vineyard character.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with lighter white meats such as chicken or rabbit, and it also works well with creamy poultry dishes, roast cod, or mushroom-based recipes. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to let both the fruit and the texture show at their best. Decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the wine open up further.
