Production
The grapes come from a prized parcel in Meursault located just beneath Premier Cru Perrières, where the limestone-rich terroir lends the wine its unmistakable mineral backbone. The harvest is carried out by hand, ensuring careful selection of healthy fruit, followed by gentle pressing to preserve purity and finesse. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures to maintain freshness, and the wine is then matured in French oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak, adding depth, texture, and complexity without masking the vineyard’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
This Meursault is an excellent match for grilled lobster, roasted turbot with butter-based sauces, creamy risottos, and aged cheeses such as Comté or Beaufort. Serve it at around 10–12°C to best appreciate its balance of richness and freshness. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open up the wine if enjoyed in its youth.
