Production
The grapes come from selected sites in the Côte-d'Or, where Burgundy’s chalky, limestone-driven terroir lends the wine its precision and mineral tension. The fruit is hand-harvested to preserve quality and is vinified with a light touch to retain freshness and aromatic clarity. Fermentation and ageing take place in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, with only a small proportion of new oak used to add structure without overshadowing the fruit.
