Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a vivid ruby hue typical of youthful Burgundy. The nose is clean and inviting, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, delicate floral tones, and a subtle thread of spice and minerality. The palate is focused and elegant, with concentrated red fruit wrapped in a precise structure and finely polished tannins. Fresh acidity gives the wine lift and energy, while the finish is impressively long for a Bourgogne Rouge. It is enjoyable now, but it also has the structure to develop further over the next few years.
