Domaine de Tholomies La Chapelle Pays d'Oc Chardonnay is an elegant organic white wine that reflects the sunny character and refined balance of Languedoc-Roussillon. Crafted with hand-harvested grapes and a careful ageing period in barrique, it offers a classic Chardonnay expression with a distinctly southern French personality.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear yellow color that suggests freshness and ripeness in equal measure. The nose is expressive, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit and candied orange, giving the wine a bright, inviting profile. Production
Produced in the Pays d’Oc appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, this Chardonnay comes from organic vineyards shaped by the warm Mediterranean climate and varied regional terroir. The grapes are hand-picked, then undergo a long traditional maceration before vinification, followed by at least one year of ageing in barrique to build complexity and structure.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile Chardonnay that works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside fish, poultry, and other light meats. Serve it chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
