Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows a deep, dark color that hints at its generous fruit profile. The nose is layered with black fruit and cassis, lifted by peppery, floral, and subtly herbal notes. On the palate, it opens with a medium-bodied, almost gently sweet impression of fruit before finishing completely dry and focused. Despite its sunny southern character and 14% alcohol, the wine feels remarkably elegant and light on its feet, supported by fine acidity and a delicate mineral line. It is enjoyable now and should hold its appeal for a few years in bottle.

The grapes come from the southern Rhône, where warm Mediterranean conditions are balanced by soils that help preserve freshness and detail in the wine.
