Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows a clear golden colour with an elegant, slightly glossy viscosity. The nose is expressive and inviting, with notes of pineapple, white peach, and citrus, layered with floral accents and a refined hint of vanilla and toasted almonds from the oak. On the palate, it is harmonious and broad, with a creamy texture, lively mineral tension, and a long, elegant finish marked by citrus and a touch of hazelnut. Enjoyable now, it also has the structure to develop additional nuance through 2030.

Production
This Premier Cru Chardonnay comes from selected parcels in Montagny, one of the most respected appellations of the Côte Chalonnaise in southern Burgundy. The terroir is well suited to producing fresh, mineral-driven white wines with good depth, and the grapes are vinified to preserve both purity and balance. The wine is matured for 16 months, with 12 months spent in oak barrels, adding gentle spice and roundness without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for fish and shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces, and mild cheeses such as Comté. Serve at 10–12 °C, and there is no need to decant, although a short airing can help if the wine is opened young.
