Production
Les Trois is crafted from fruit grown in Bouzeron, a Burgundy village well suited to Aligoté thanks to its cool climate and mineral soils. The cuvée combines grapes from three plots and is vinified in stainless steel rather than large neutral oak, preserving the grape’s natural freshness, clarity, and direct fruit expression.

This is a versatile food wine that works especially well with oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, goat’s cheese, asparagus, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
