In the cellar, Alain Voge follows a respectful, terroir-driven approach: the grapes are traditionally vinified, often with a proportion of whole clusters to enhance freshness, spice, and structure, followed by élevage in oak (predominantly used barrels) to polish the tannins without masking the wine’s distinctive mineral and smoky character.
