Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with white flowers, ripe apple, and citrus, layered with subtle notes of brioche and nuts. On the palate, it is both fresh and generous, with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish that reflects the quality of the 2008 vintage. This is a Champagne with excellent structure and the ability to develop further complexity with time in cellar.

Sourced from Deutz’s finest vineyards in Champagne, the cuvée is built primarily on Pinot Noir for structure and intensity, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier for elegance and aromatic complexity. The grapes are carefully selected to express the character of the vintage and the house style, with vinification carried out to preserve purity, precision, and balance.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for roasted fish, shellfish, and delicate poultry or mushroom dishes. Serve chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and consider a brief decant only if you want to open up its more expressive layers, though it is usually best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its finesse.
