Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a warm golden hue, reflecting both ripeness and the wine’s extended time on skins. The nose is fragrant and layered, with ripe orchard fruit, citrus peel, floral notes, and a subtle savory edge, all carried by a touch of tannic grip. The palate is rounded yet energetic, with soft, fine tannins giving the wine an almost textural feel uncommon in classic Pinot Grigio. Fruit-driven and persistent on the finish, it leaves a lingering impression of freshness, spice, and ripe pear-like fruit. Production
Made from 100% Pinot Grigio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, this wine comes from a region known for combining Alpine freshness with Mediterranean warmth. The grapes undergo 30 days of fermentation on the skins in truncated conical oak vats, a traditional-inspired method that brings out color, aroma, and complexity before the wine matures for two years in 5 hl barrels and a further year in bottle.

This is a versatile food wine, especially with richer seafood, roasted poultry, risotto, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve slightly cool, around 10–12°C, and consider a short decant if you want to open up the aromatics and soften the structure.
