Production
The Riesling vines grow at around 300 metres above sea level on rich, volcanic-influenced soils with a high clay content. Dalle Ore describes the wine as made with a largely natural approach, without additions or removals apart from a stabilising treatment; further details on harvesting and vinification are not available.
