Description

Dalle Ore Mappale 77 is a characterful organic white from Veneto, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and a small proportion of Riesling. Its name refers to the vineyard parcel’s cadastral designation, while the Dalle Ore family brings a low-intervention approach to a wine with plenty of texture and mineral freshness.

Tasting Notes
The nose is darkly spiced, with ripe Golden Delicious apple, dried exotic fruit and herbs, alongside hints of wet stone and honey. On the palate it is supple and gently rounded, with a fine, almost creamy texture, a subtle lift of acidity and a pronounced, lightly saline mineral character.

Production
The grapes—50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Grigio and 5% Riesling—are hand-harvested from the Mappale 77 parcel. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel, and the wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Specific details about the vineyard’s soils and broader terroir are not provided.
