Cottanera Etna Bianco is a crisp, volcanic white wine from Etna DOC, crafted by the Cambria family, whose winemaking roots on the slopes of Mount Etna span generations. Made primarily from Carricante, the flagship white grape of Etna, with Catarratto Bianco Comune adding texture and balance, it captures the purity and character of Sicily’s most distinctive terroir.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with golden highlights, reflecting both freshness and subtle richness. The nose opens with vibrant citrus aromas, lifted by a delicate mineral edge that evokes the cool, volcanic slopes of Etna. On the palate, it is balanced, supple, and refreshing, with clean fruit, lively acidity, and a delicate mineral finish that gives the wine length and precision.
