Cool-Coffee Espresso 70 cl is a rich, coffee-driven liqueur crafted for espresso lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. With its intense roasted coffee flavor and smooth, velvety texture, it bridges the gap between barista-quality espresso and premium spirits. Designed to shine both over ice and in mixed drinks, it offers a modern twist on the classic coffee liqueur style.
Tasting Notes
In the glass, Cool-Coffee Espresso shows a deep, inky brown color with mahogany highlights, coating the sides of the glass with a slow, syrupy sheen. The nose is immediately expressive, bursting with aromas of freshly pulled espresso, roasted Arabica beans, dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, and a subtle hint of caramel and vanilla.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and indulgently smooth, combining bittersweet espresso notes with touches of brown sugar, cacao, and a gentle warming alcohol presence. The sweetness is well-balanced by the natural bitterness of coffee, making it satisfying on its own but also structured enough to hold up in cocktails. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering notes of coffee crema and dark chocolate. As a liqueur, it is not intended for long-term aging—best enjoyed within a few years of purchase to preserve its freshest coffee aromatics.
Production
Cool-Coffee Espresso is crafted by infusing high-quality roasted coffee—typically a blend focused on aromatic, espresso-style beans—into a neutral spirit or base alcohol. The coffee is brewed or cold-infused to extract intense flavor and aroma, then blended with sugar to achieve a silky, balanced sweetness. Careful filtration preserves the deep color and rich texture while ensuring clarity, resulting in a liqueur that pours smoothly and integrates effortlessly into cocktails or over ice.
Food & Serving
This espresso liqueur is a natural partner for desserts—think tiramisu, dark chocolate fondants, brownies, panna cotta, or vanilla ice cream (especially as an affogato-style pour-over). It also works beautifully in cocktails such as Espresso Martinis, White Russians, or coffee-based digestifs. Serve it chilled, ideally around 6–10°C (43–50°F), either neat, over ice, or shaken in cocktails. Decanting is not necessary; simply chill the bottle and shake lightly before pouring if desired to ensure the flavors are fully integrated.
