Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep straw-yellow color that hints at both concentration and finesse. The bouquet is expressive and layered, with notes of mango, melon and ripe orchard fruit, lifted by subtle hints of walnut and a delicate touch of oak. On the palate, the wine is full and vibrant, with lively acidity giving definition to the generous fruit. The oak influence remains discreet and well-integrated, adding roundness without overpowering the Chardonnay character. The finish is long, juicy and satisfying, with enough structure to suggest good aging potential over the next few years.

Production
Made in Alto Adige DOC in Trentino-Alto Adige, this Chardonnay reflects the cool-climate precision and mineral freshness of the region. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyard sites, where the combination of mountain influences, sunny exposure and well-drained soils helps preserve aromatic intensity and natural acidity. Vinification is carried out with a focus on balance, with oak used to add texture and complexity rather than dominance.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with rich seafood dishes, roast chicken, creamy pasta, risotto, and fine white meats. It also works well with soft cheeses and lightly spiced dishes.
