Description

Collet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a non-vintage Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, bringing together six wines from some of the region’s leading Premier and Grand Cru sites. Its blend is built around wines from the celebrated Grand Cru villages of Avize, Oger and Chouilly.

Production
The Champagne is composed of six Chardonnay wines sourced from selected Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Avize, Oger and Chouilly provide the three central elements of the blend; further details about harvesting and vinification are not available.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with oysters, seafood, sushi or delicate poultry dishes. It is ready to enjoy without decanting; pour into a tulip-shaped Champagne glass to let the aromas develop.
