Produced in small quantities by Giulio Cocchi from carefully selected Muscat grapes from the hills of Asti, it offers a naturally lively, elegant profile with low alcohol and timeless festive appeal.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Asti Spumante shows a bright and inviting aromatic character. Expect notes of fresh grape, white peach, orange blossom, honeyed citrus, and a gentle floral sweetness that feels fragrant rather than heavy. On the palate it is creamy, delicate, and beautifully balanced, with soft bubbles and a refreshing finish that keeps the wine light on its feet. Its charm lies in its immediacy and purity, best enjoyed young for the fullest expression of its aromatic freshness.

Production
This wine is made from selected Muscat grapes grown in the Asti hills of Piedmont, where the cooler hillside terroir helps preserve the grapes’ natural fragrance and freshness. Harvested with care, the grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks to maintain purity of fruit and aromatic intensity, in line with the traditional Asti method.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and delicate mousse. It pairs naturally with fruit desserts, panettone, almond pastries, light cakes, and fresh fruit, and also makes a charming aperitif; decanting is not recommended.
