Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this wine immediately suggests finesse and class. The nose is fresh and layered, with notes of red berries, citrus peel, brioche, and subtle mineral undertones, all framed by a clean, crystalline profile. On the palate, it is taut and refined, with Pinot Noir lending shape, texture, and a discreet vinous character. The absence of dosage keeps the finish sharp and energetic, highlighting the wine’s natural acidity, length, and tension. It is built for graceful evolution and should continue to develop complexity with further bottle age.

Production
Made in Piedmont’s Alta Langa, this cuvée comes from Pinot Noir grapes selected from a standout 2018 vintage marked by impressive concentration and acidity. Those conditions made the fruit especially well suited to extended maturation, allowing the wine to build complexity during its 60 months on the lees before disgorgement. The Pas Dosé style leaves the wine untouched by dosage, preserving the exact expression of the base wine and the character of the terroir.

Ideal with oysters, sashimi, seafood crudo, roast poultry, or delicate risottos, this sparkling wine also shines alongside aged hard cheeses and refined antipasti. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
