Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, concentrated color that hints at its richness before the first sip. The nose opens with figs, cherries, blackberries, cocoa powder, and espresso, unfolding into a layered aromatic profile with time in the glass. On the palate, expect crème de cassis, warm dark plum, chocolate, cinnamon, and a subtle touch of oak, all framed by smooth, well-integrated tannins. The wine feels generous yet controlled, with enough freshness and structure to age beautifully over the next several years.

Production
The fruit comes primarily from Cliff Lede’s Twin Peaks Vineyard in Napa Valley, supplemented by carefully selected grapes from trusted grower partners across the region. This sourcing gives the wine both consistency and complexity, drawing on some of Napa’s best Cabernet-growing sites. After harvest, the wine was aged for 21 months in French oak, adding polish, spice, and depth to the final blend.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, or hearty dishes with mushrooms and black pepper. Serve at around 16–18°C, and if possible, decant for 30–60 minutes to let the wine fully open and soften its tannins.
