Tasting Notes

Production
Made from a classic Rhône blend of Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Grenache Blanc, with a small proportion of Ugni Blanc, the grapes are hand-harvested to preserve quality and selection in the vineyard. The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, a method chosen to protect its freshness, aromatic purity, and clean fruit expression.

This is a versatile white that works especially well with grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, Mediterranean salads, and vegetable-based dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; a simple brief aeration in the glass is enough to let its aromatics unfold.
