Tasting Notes

Production
Made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc in Sauternes, this wine comes from vineyards shaped by the region’s cool, humid mornings and the autumn mist that encourages noble rot, or botrytis cinerea. The grapes are typically harvested in several careful passes to pick only perfectly concentrated berries, and the wine is then vinified to preserve both richness and freshness, resulting in a balanced and deeply expressive style.

Food & Serving
Best served slightly chilled, around 8–10°C, this wine pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, tarte tatin, crème brûlée, blue cheese, or foie gras. It can be enjoyed immediately, and decanting is generally not necessary unless the bottle has been aged for a long time.
