Food & Serving
Merlot generally pairs well with roast lamb, grilled meats, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C; if the wine seems closed after opening, allow it some time in the glass or decant gently. Its condition and ideal aeration may vary with bottle storage.
