A distinctive Merlot from the Rhône, where the grape is less commonly associated with the region than its traditional varieties. The 2009 bottling comes from Domaine des Tours, an estate linked to the Reynaud family of Château Rayas.

Food & Serving
Try it with roast lamb, grilled beef, or earthy mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C; as a mature 2009, open carefully and decant only if needed to separate any sediment or allow the wine to open.
