The wine is crafted from a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, and Carignan, then aged for at least 30 months in French oak barrels to build complexity and soften the tannins.

This is an excellent match for game, roasted meats, and richly flavored dishes, and it also pairs beautifully with mature cheese or dark chocolate. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting to allow the wine’s layered aromas and textures to fully open up.
