Château Minuty Prestige Rosé is a beautifully polished Côtes de Provence rosé that captures the freshness and elegance the region is known for. Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, it offers a refined, aromatic style with a distinct Provence character and a long-standing estate history dating back to 1930.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, it recalls the soft glow of a Provençal sunset. The nose is vibrant and expressive, with notes of yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange and fresh red berries such as raspberry. The palate is crisp, clean and pleasantly full, with a lively, saline edge and a subtle spicy finish that keeps it refreshing and precise. Best enjoyed young for its bright fruit and freshness, though it can hold its charm for a short time after release.

Production
Produced in the Côtes de Provence AOC, this rosé comes from Château Minuty’s vineyards in Provence, where the Mediterranean climate and coastal influence help preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The grapes are pressed carefully, followed by maceration and cold fermentation, while malolactic fermentation is blocked to maintain the wine’s crisp acidity and pure fruit expression.

Food & Serving
An excellent aperitif, this rosé also pairs naturally with light dishes, grilled fish, seafood, summer salads and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
