Production
Made from a classic Provence blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, Château Minuty 281 2024 comes from selected vineyards in the Côtes de Provence. The terroir benefits from the region’s warm Mediterranean climate and cooling coastal influences, helping preserve freshness and aromatic purity in the grapes. The fruit is carefully harvested to protect delicacy, then vinified with a focus on precision and finesse to retain its pale colour and expressive fruit profile.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs beautifully with pistou soup, fresh vegetables, grilled meats, shrimp skewers, and even apricot tart. Decanting is not necessary.
