Production
Château Margaux sits on one of the most distinguished terroirs in the Médoc, where deep gravel soils and excellent drainage help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve exceptional ripeness and precision. The estate is planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, and the vineyards are managed with a strong focus on preserving older vines for depth and concentration. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with meticulous attention to parcel selection and precision, allowing the final wine to reflect both the individuality of the vintage and the estate’s signature style.

Food & Serving
This is a wine for classic, richly flavored dishes such as beef tenderloin, lamb, duck breast, truffle dishes, or game with mushroom-based sauces. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C and, given its age, decant carefully just before serving if needed to remove sediment and allow the bouquet to open without losing freshness.
