Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, inviting colour that hints at its concentration and structure. The nose unfolds with blackcurrant, violet, dark cherry, graphite, and cedar, followed by nuances of mocha, tobacco, dark chocolate, dried roses, and lavender with air. On the palate, the wine is dense yet velvety, with ripe, fine-grained tannins and a juicy, dark-fruited core. It finishes long, cool, and mineral, with enough freshness and precision to suggest excellent aging potential over the next decade or more.

Production
The grapes come from the classic gravel soils around Margaux village, where Cabernet Sauvignon thrives and brings structure, aromatic clarity, and age-worthy tension. Harvested parcel by parcel and vinified in stainless steel with an extended maceration, the wine is then matured for around 16 months in French oak, with up to 80% new barrels, to build complexity while preserving finesse and transparency.

Food & Serving
This is a natural match for roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game birds, or mushroom-based dishes with earthy richness. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young to let the aromatics open and the texture become even more polished.
