Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, almost opaque color that hints at its intensity. The nose opens gradually, revealing blackberry, blueberry liqueur, exotic spice, incense, and a creamy oak profile, all unfolding with time in the glass. On the palate, it is broad-shouldered and structured, with a dense core of fruit and a fine, tightly woven tannic grip that feels both sweet and powdery. The texture is silky and refined, balancing richness with definition. While already impressive, this is a wine with excellent aging potential and should continue to evolve for many years.

Production
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, this wine comes from the gravelly terroirs of Saint-Julien in Bordeaux, where excellent drainage helps produce concentration, freshness, and structure. The 2020 vintage was harvested with careful selection to preserve ripeness and balance, followed by vinification aimed at extracting depth while retaining finesse. A generous élevage in new oak adds complexity and polish, while the fruit remains clearly at the center of the blend.

Food & Serving
This is a classic match for roasted lamb, ribeye steak, duck breast, game, or rich mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromas and structure to खुलly unfold.
