On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a silky texture and ripe, rounded tannins that give the wine a polished, inviting feel. This Saint-Julien comes from Bordeaux’s Left Bank, where gravelly soils and a temperate Atlantic-influenced climate help Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot ripen with clarity and structure. The grapes are typically harvested with careful selection to preserve balance and freshness, then vinified with an emphasis on extracting ripe tannins, deep colour, and aromatic precision.
