Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a vivid, polished rosé hue with real presence. On the palate, it balances generous fruit with bright freshness and a cool, saline, chalky finish that adds structure and length. This is a rosé with impressive complexity and enough concentration to evolve in bottle, making it one of the more cellar-worthy examples in the Provence category.

Château Galoupet sits in Provence, where the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate and terroir well suited to producing elegant, mineral-driven rosé. The wine is made from Grenache, Syrah/Shiraz, and Cinsault, with careful work in both vineyard and cellar, including partial barrel fermentation, to build texture and depth while preserving freshness.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for refined dishes such as grilled prawns, roasted sea bass, bouillabaisse, Provençal vegetable dishes, or chicken with herbs. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass will help the aromas open up.
