Tasting Notes
In the glass, Whispering Angel shows a delicate light salmon hue with a bright, clear edge. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering rose petals, mild cherry, raspberry, lily, and a whisper of dried violet. On the palate, it feels lush and creamy, with a round, mouth-coating texture that gives the wine more depth than a typical rosé. Ripe red berries and fresh forest fruits carry through the finish, which is long, polished, and remarkably persistent. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant freshness, though the Magnum format can help preserve its elegance over time.

Production
The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards around La Motte in the Provençal hinterland, where warm days and cooling influences help preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Fruit is harvested in the early morning and undergoes rigorous optical and manual sorting to ensure only the best berries are used. Whispering Angel is made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, with small amounts of Syrah and Tibouren. A portion of the juice is obtained via the saignée method, followed by gentle pressing and short skin contact to maintain the wine’s pale color. Fermentation and vinification take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to lock in freshness and precision.

Food & Serving
This rosé pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, shellfish, Provençal salads, sushi, light poultry dishes, and Mediterranean vegetable plates. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant; simply open and enjoy fresh.
