Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass, this rosé shows a refined, delicate colour with an enticing aromatic lift. The nose opens with fresh red berries, peach, citrus peel, and hints of wild herbs and white flowers, layered with a subtle mineral edge that adds sophistication. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit, bright freshness, and a silky texture. Mourvèdre provides structure and depth, while Grenache and Cinsault bring softness and charm. It is a rosé with enough concentration to age gracefully for a few years, developing more complexity over time.

Sourced from the historic Château de Selle estate in Provence, the wine benefits from a Mediterranean terroir of sun-drenched slopes, stony soils, and cooling influences that help preserve freshness. The grapes are carefully harvested to maintain aromatic purity, then vinified with precision to produce a rosé of clarity, balance, and finesse.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled prawns, niçoise salad, roasted poultry, Mediterranean vegetables, or simply enjoyed on its own as an elegant aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.
