Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes are grown in the distinctive limestone-rich terroir of Château de Selle, where the Mediterranean climate and cooling influences help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Château de Selle is a versatile partner for Provençal cuisine, grilled fish, shellfish, sushi, fresh salads and Mediterranean dishes with herbs and olive oil. It also pairs beautifully with grilled poultry, light vegetable dishes and mild cheeses. Decanting is not required, although allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can reveal additional aromatic detail.
